CHANGE OF MIND & INCORRECT SIZING
PrimaBelle Creations does not accept returns (or exchanges) for change of mind, Custom Orders or incorrect sizing. Please choose carefully and contact me should you have any questions regarding sizing, before placing your order. Where possible all listings have descriptions with sizing information.
FAULTS
Please ensure you inspect your order upon delivery and notify PrimaBelle Creations IMMEDIATELY should you find a fault with your purchase. All refunds/exchanges/repairs will be reviewed on an individual basis, providing timely notification is given. Generally speaking within 7 days from date of delivery.

My creations come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the item/s repaired or replaced if the item/s fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange.
